Town Planning Consultation
The process of obtaining a multi unit-planning permit from council is simplified as everything is taken care of.
The time frame is between 9 to 12 months, subject to no VCAT & involves around 4 meetings along with monthly updates.
Initial Meetings to run through design requirements will be followed by meeting with town planner.
A further meeting will be held with a real estate agent to maximise your return by fine-tuning the floor plan.
I’ll provide project development costing’s along with various sketch drawings of floor plans.
If you intend to sell your property in 12 months, if accompanied with a planning permit, this can easily attract an additional $120,000.00 + on your investment.
